So much is going to happen this summer...

I just watched some cool homies graduate. I remember way back when they were only in 10th grade. They have come a long way and I'm proud of all of them. I felt happy seeing them walk and get their diplomas. Good job to all of you

It's that time again to visit family. I'll be going back to Los Angeles for about a week sometime in June. I miss my home so much but when I'm there I remember the things that made me not like it. Going back to it even for a week doesn't feel good but I love my home so it's mixed feelings. 20 years will get you attached. Even after all that I still love Los Angeles. It will always be home.

I feel lucky to be able to experience life like this. I have learned so much since I moved. It was a culture shock as they put it but it was needed. My mind has been opened to so many new things. I have seen people behave differently. I have been hurt by ignorance here but it was an experience I needed to understand how the world is although I heard about it. It's different when you have it happen to you.
